Your Low Stock Report provides detailed information about your products and variants that are running low in stock. This report assists you in keeping track of and managing your inventory levels so that you can retain enough stock to fulfill customer demand and avoid stockouts.
For each product variation in your inventory, you can specify an Alert Level. Below this point, a product will be deemed to have low stock.

How to view Low Stock Report
To view the Low Stock Report:
- Go to the Analytics module.
- Click the Low Stock tile among your inventory reports.
- Type the name or SKU in the search bar to view specific product reports.
- To hide columns in your view, click the eye icon at the top-right corner.
- Click Filters to narrow down the report view.

Filters
You can filter your view so that it only displays specific data about your products or variants to use this inventory report effectively. You can sort them based on the following:
- Product Tag
- Product Type
- Brand
- Supplier
- Location
Columns in your Low Stock Report
Basic details regarding your product and variants are shown in the columns of your Low Stock Report (for example, product name or variant, SKU, allocated, and available). The remainder contains crucial information regarding your stock volume.
The following distinctive columns that this report includes:
Supplier | The name of the supplier that is set to your products or variants. |
Quantity | The total quantity of your product or variant including allocated and available stock. |
Incoming | Number of stocks that are incoming from your purchase orders. |
Alert level | If you have set up an alert level for the stocks of your product or variant. |
Lead time (days) | The duration of your products or variants to be replenished by placing a purchase order for them. |
Quantity To Order | The total quantity of your products or variants needed to replenish their stocks. |
