How is data synced through

| Delete a product in Qoblex | This deletes the corresponding product in Shopify. |
| Create a new product in Shopify | Creates a new product in Qoblex This behavior is configurable. Check out the Shopify Installation Guide for more details. |
| Delete a product in Shopify | The link between Qoblex and Shopify is deleted. The product remains in Stock&buy. To delete a product from Shopify and Stock&buy, you need to delete it in Shopify and then in Qoblex. |

| Create a sale order in Qoblex | The order remains within Qoblex and is not synced with Shopify. Create a refund in Shopify | This creates a refund within Qoblex. Inventory is changed depending on the refund policy used in Shopify. No Restock refunds: This has no impact on the available stock. Canceled refunds: The refunded product units are put back into stock. Returned refunds: The refunded product units are put back into stock. |
