In this guide, we will lead you through the process of integrating Qoblex with your WooCommerce stores.
Overview
This integration enables you to configure your Qoblex to WooCommerce synchronization in three sections:
- Inventory levels Synchronization – defines how you want your inventory levels to sync
- Product Synchronization – how your product and their attributes are synced
- Pricing Synchronization– outlines the pricing synchronization between two platforms
Installation Steps
To integrate your WooCommerce store with Qoblex:
- In your Qoblex account, head over to the Integrations module.
- Find the WooCommerce integration and click + Add Store.
- In the dialog box, enter your WooCommerce Store store URL (without https://).
- Click Connect to my store.
- Once redirected to WooCommerce’s page, click Approve.
- You can now setup your integration.
Configure your WooCommerce Integration
After successfully connecting your WooCommerce to Qoblex, the next step is to find choices to configure how the integration works best for you. You may choose how the two services interact on your Qoblex integration page to effectively manage your inventory synchronization, product information, orders, and more. Explore these options and change them to suit your preferences.
Inventory levels Synchronization
In this configuration, you can choose how you sync your inventory levels among the two services.

You can configure your inventory levels to sync in three ways:
| Do not Sync | In this setting, inventory levels between Qoblex and WooCommerce are completely disconnected. Any changes you made in your inventory levels in Qoblex will not sync to WooCommerce and vice versa. |
| Sync from Qoblex to WooCommerce | In this mode, adjustments to inventory levels made within Qoblex will sync with WooCommerce. Qoblex is the sole location for making inventory level changes such as stock adjustments, stock transfers, and purchases. |
| Sync from WooCommerce to Qoblex | In this configuration, adjustments to inventory levels made in WooCommerce will sync with Qoblex. WooCommerce is the sole location for making inventory level changes such as stock adjustments, stock transfers, and purchases. |
In your Inventory Level Synchronization settings, you can set which location to use as default for orders created via the web channel while you can still fulfill orders from other locations.
Product Synchronization
In this section you can choose how your product information, such as name, description, and tags, should be synced between Qoblex and WooCommerce.

Similar products across multiple stores
If you have more than one store linked, you can set up how similar products in all of your stores will match or be recognized. There are 3 ways you can decide how to identify your products across all of your stores:
| By name | If products have similar name, the system will treat them as being the same and will link together. |
| By SKU | If products have similar SKU, the system will treat them as being the same and will link them together. |
| By barcode | If products have similar barcode, the system will treat them as being the same and will link them together. |
Product Synchronization Modes
You can configure your products to sync in four ways:
| Do not sync | In this mode, there is no connection between Qoblex and WooCommerce in terms of product information. WooCommerce and Qoblex will not sync any modifications you make to your product. |
| Sync from Qoblex to WooCommerce | In this mode, changes you make to your product information from Qoblex will sync with WooCommerce. Product changes made in WooCommerce will be overwritten by Qoblex. |
| Sync from WooCommerce to Qoblex | In this mode, changes you make to your product information from WooCommerce will sync with Qoblex. Product changes made in Qoblex will be overwritten by WooCommerce. |
| Sync both ways | In this mode, product information corresponds in both sides. When you make changes to a product in WooCommerce, Qoblex will automatically sync with those changes. The same is true for the other way around. |
New Products Sync
You can also configure if you want to automatically sync new products created in Qoblex to WooCommerce when you toggle the switch to this settings. This enables you to take control how your newly created products will sync without having to publish them manually on your web front.
Product Information Synchronization
You also have the option to control which product information or properties you want to sync about your products between WooCommerce and Qoblex such as product name, description, tags, etc. Here are a few important points regarding the properties:
Pricing synchronization
In this section you can choose how your pricing information should be synced between Qoblex and WooCommerce. This enables you to assign the price lists for your products as well as decide which one to use for your product Compare At prices.

Pricing Synchronization Modes
You can configure your pricing to sync in three ways:
| Do Not Sync | There is no connection between Qoblex and WooCommerce in terms of pricing information. WooCommerce and Qoblex will not sync any pricing changes you make to your product. |
| Sync from Qoblex to WooCommerce | Changes you make to your pricing information from Qoblex will sync with WooCommerce. Pricing changes made in WooCommerce will be overwritten by Qoblex. |
| Sync from WooCommerce to Qoblex | Changes in the pricing information corresponds in both sides. When you make changes to a price in WooCommerce, Qoblex will automatically sync with those changes. The same is true for the other way around. |
