Plans and Billing

This section of your Account Settings allows you to control your subscription. Qoblex subscription is computed based on your number of SKUs and the number of orders.

Upgrade your account

Qoblex will automatically send you an email notification when your trial account is close to expiration. You will also get an in-app notification (blue bar at the top of the screen) showing the number of days left in your trial period. 

Upgrading after your trial has expired

Once the trial period runs out, you will automatically be directed to our upgrade page whenever you log into Qoblex.

The system will suggest a pricing plan based on the total number of SKUs (product variants) you currently have, the number of orders per month, and a number of connections.

In the view below, you can see your current subscription details (if you are an existing customer) and control your subscription from the same screen:

You can also change your payment information which is available in this section, simply click on Edit payment methods. You will be redirected to a page hosted by our payment provider (Stripe), where you will be able to update your payment information.

Finding your invoices

You can access your invoices in the Billing History section of the page above.

When upgrading your account, it is important to provide the same email address you used to sign up for Qoblex in the payment details. This is so we can link your invoices with your account. If you do not see all your invoices in the invoices section, then please get in touch and let us know the email address you used to sign up for Qoblex and the email address you provided as part of the payment information during the upgrade process.

Changing invoice details 

Invoices generated in Qoblex use your organization name and your default billing location as the primary information.

Follow these steps if you want to change your organization name or your billing location:

  1. Log into your Qoblex account
  2. Go to the Account Settings page
  3. Click on the Profile and Organization tile

Canceling your account

To cancel your Qoblex account:

  1. Log into your Qoblex account
  2. Go to the Account Settings page
  3. Click on the Plans and Billing tile
  4. On the Plans and Billing page, open the Cancel Account tab
  5. Click Continue and follow the instructions.

Once your subscription is canceled, no further invoices will be generated. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period (i.e., for the duration of time you already paid for)

Account Renewal

When you sign up for a given plan, Qoblex will automatically create a subscription with our payment provider (Stripe or Shopify). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of every billing cycle resulting in a charge and an automatic renewal of your account.
