Our integration comes with default sync settings for sales, purchases, payments, inventory and cost of goods. You can setup smart sync rules which are logical expressions that determine which ledger account/tracking categories transactions will be synced to Xero.

Yes. You can choose to sync product data to Xero. If you have a made-to-order business then we recommend you turn this feature off as Xero cannot create invoices for items that are out of stock.
