Product Sync Status and ASIN mappings

The Product Sync Status tab on your Amazon integration page shows each of your Qoblex product variants next to the Amazon listing it is linked to. The link is stored as an ASIN, the Amazon listing identifier that ties a Qoblex variant to a product on Amazon. The ASIN gives Qoblex a reliable way to match Amazon orders to the right variant; when the ASIN is missing, that variant is not yet linked here.

This article explains how to read the sync-status table, how to find the variants you care about, and how to enter or change an ASIN and save your mappings. After reading it you will be able to review which of your products are linked to Amazon, filter down to the ones that still need attention, and update the links yourself.

Open the Product Sync Status tab

The Amazon integration page opens on the Settings tab. To review your product mappings:

  1. Open your Amazon integration from the Integrations page.
  2. Click the Product Sync Status tab at the top of the page.

The tab loads a table of your product variants, 50 rows per page. Use the pager at the bottom of the table to step through the rest of your catalog.

Read the table

Each row is one product variant. The table has these columns:

  • Name: the product variant name.
  • Sku: the variant’s SKU.
  • Barcode: the variant’s barcode.
  • ASIN: an editable text box holding the Amazon listing identifier this variant is linked to. If the variant is already mapped, the box shows its current ASIN; if it is not mapped, the box is empty.

The Name, Sku, and Barcode columns are read-only here. To change a product’s name, SKU, or barcode, edit the product record itself. The ASIN box is the only field you edit on this tab.

Find the products you need

Click Filters above the table to open the filter panel. You have two controls:

  • Filter by name or SKU or barcode: type part of a product name, or the exact SKU or barcode, to narrow the table to matching variants. Name matches on any part you type, while SKU and barcode must match in full.
  • Narrow down the report to products that failed to sync: a switch that restricts the table to variants that are not yet linked to Amazon, so you can concentrate on the gaps in your mapping.

Set the filters you want, then click Apply Filters. The table reloads with your filters applied. Each active filter appears as a chip above the table; use the clear control on a chip to remove that filter, or use Close to leave the panel without applying changes.

Enter or change an ASIN

  1. Open the Product Sync Status tab and find the variant you want to link, using the filters if needed.
  2. In that row’s ASIN box, type or paste the Amazon ASIN for the listing this variant sells as.
  3. Repeat for any other variants you want to update on the current view.
  4. Click Update Mappings at the top right of the table.

Qoblex saves every ASIN box currently shown in the table and then reloads the table so you can confirm the saved values. This links each variant to its Amazon identifier so that future Amazon orders match the correct Qoblex product. Confirm the SKU and barcode on each row before you enter an ASIN, so you link the intended variant.

Update Mappings submits every row visible in the table, including rows whose ASIN box you left blank. A blank box is saved as an empty mapping, which clears any ASIN that was previously stored for that variant. Before you click Update Mappings, make sure the rows you did not intend to change still show their correct ASIN, or narrow the table with the filters so only the rows you are editing are on screen.

Only the rows loaded on the current page are saved when you click Update Mappings. If your catalog spans several pages, update and save one page at a time.

Troubleshooting

Work through these when a mapping does not behave as expected.

An ASIN I entered disappeared after saving
The table reloads from your saved data after every Update Mappings. If a value did not stick, it was most likely not on screen when you saved. Confirm you typed the ASIN into the correct row and that the row was on the visible page at the time, then re-enter the ASIN and save again.
A variant I linked still shows as failed to sync
The Narrow down the report to products that failed to sync switch lists variants that have no external link recorded. If a variant you just mapped still appears when that switch is on, re-open the Product Sync Status tab to reload the latest data, then re-check. If it persists, confirm the ASIN box held a value when you clicked Update Mappings, since a blank box saves an empty mapping.
An ASIN was cleared that I did not want to change
Update Mappings saves every row shown in the table, so a row left blank overwrites its stored ASIN with an empty value. Re-enter the correct ASIN in that row and click Update Mappings again. To avoid this, filter the table down to only the variants you are editing before you save.
