Count and move stock with the phone in your pocket
The mobile app uses the camera as a barcode scanner, so a stock take is a walk around the shop and an adjustment is a scan and a number. It runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, and it works with standard barcode scanners if you already have them.
Moving stock from the stockroom to the floor, or to a second branch, is a stock transfer: a document, not a memory. Where the unit is, and who moved it, stays on record.

Which point-of-sale systems work with it?
Shopify POS shares one pool of stock with your Shopify web store and with Qoblex, across all your POS locations. Other tills can be connected through the API.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. Each branch is a location with its own stock on hand; you move stock between them with a transfer. Starter includes two locations; Business is unlimited.
Do I need barcode scanners?
No. The mobile app uses the phone camera on iPhone, iPad and Android. If you already have standard scanners they work too.
What happens when a customer returns an item?
The return is recorded against the sale, stock on hand and COGS are adjusted, and a credit note posts to Xero or QuickBooks Online.
Can I sell to trade customers from the same stock?
Yes. Retail and wholesale price lists sit on the same products, and a B2B portal lets trade customers order themselves from your live stock.
