Multichannel Inventory, One Stock Figure for Every Channel

Multichannel inventory for businesses that sell in more than one place. Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, your B2B portal and the API land in one list, stock is held the moment each one is taken, and every store is sent what is free to sell.

54 of the 90 on the shelves are already promised to orders from every channel, so each store is offered what is left, not what is on the shelf.

One stock figure, every channel, no logging in twice

Selling in a second place is easy. Keeping the stock honest across both is the hard part. Qoblex holds the one figure, takes the orders in, and tells each store what it can sell.

01Stock

Every store is sent what is free to sell

Qoblex keeps the stock and sends it out. Shopify gets the available quantity of each location you map to it; WooCommerce gets the available quantity added up across the locations you choose. Stock promised to an order or held back as a buffer is never offered twice, and a delivery, transfer or count in Qoblex moves the figure in your stores without anyone logging in.

  • Shopify, location by location
  • WooCommerce, from the locations you choose
  • Allocated and buffer stock held back
  • Deliveries, transfers and counts update every store

02Orders

Orders from every channel land in one list

Shopify and WooCommerce orders arrive as they are placed, edits included, and reserve their stock as they come in. Amazon orders follow every five minutes and returns every thirty. Portal orders arrive as quotes to confirm, and phone, email and CSV orders sit beside them, so the warehouse works from one list instead of four tabs.

  • Shopify and WooCommerce orders, edits included
  • Amazon orders every five minutes, returns every thirty
  • B2B portal orders as quotes to confirm
  • Phone, email and CSV orders in the same list
  • Your own channels through the API

03Fulfil

Ship once, and every system hears about it

Pick, pack and ship in Qoblex, and the fulfilment goes back to the Shopify or WooCommerce order, so your customer gets the update without anyone opening the store. Refunds and returns come back in, the stock change reaches every store, and the invoice and payment post to your accounting system, Xero or QuickBooks Online.

  • Fulfilment sent back to Shopify and WooCommerce
  • Refunds and returns synced in
  • Labels bought through ShipStation
  • Invoices and payments to Xero or QuickBooks Online

Built for how you sell

When one store’s own stock is enough

If you sell in one store from one location, Shopify or WooCommerce keeps stock perfectly well on its own. Qoblex earns its place when a second channel, a second location or a trade customer arrives.

I am a paying customer that utilizes the integration with Shopify to Qoblex to Xero… What I trialed: TradeGecko, Cin7, and Dear Inventory… the value and service are insanely good. The number of integrations and ease of use is something I haven’t found even for triple their price.

Multichannel questions

Stores, marketplaces, stock levels and orders.

What is multichannel inventory management?

Multichannel inventory management keeps one stock figure for everything you sell, wherever you sell it, and takes orders from every channel into one place. Each sale reduces the same figure, so a unit sold on one channel stops being offered on the others, and nobody reconciles store counts by hand.

Which channels does Qoblex connect to?

Shopify and WooCommerce in both directions: stock and products out, orders, refunds and returns in, fulfilment back. Amazon orders and returns come in automatically. Your own wholesale customers order through the B2B portal, and anything else can connect through the API.

Does Qoblex send stock levels to Amazon?

No. The Amazon connection brings orders and returns into Qoblex, where they reserve stock and sit beside every other channel, and your Amazon quantities stay managed in Seller Central. Shopify and WooCommerce are the channels Qoblex sends stock to.

Can each store sell from a different warehouse?

Yes. Each Shopify location takes its figure from the Qoblex location you map to it. A WooCommerce store is sent the available stock added up across the locations you choose. See Shopify locations.

When does a store’s stock level change?

When the available figure changes in Qoblex: an order reserves stock, a delivery is received, stock is transferred or counted, or a buffer is changed. Qoblex sends the change, so the store follows the stock rather than the other way round.

Can I connect a channel you do not integrate with?

Yes, through the REST API with your own keys, or with a custom integration. Orders created that way land in the same list as every other channel’s.

Are channel integrations on every plan?

Each connection, one Shopify store or one Xero account, is an add-on on the Starter and Business plans and included on Scale. See pricing.
