This article explains how to remove your Amazon integration from Qoblex, what the confirmation prompt asks, and exactly what changes once the connection is gone. Uninstalling disconnects Qoblex from your Amazon seller account so that no further orders or returns are pulled in.
After reading this, you will know where the Uninstall button is, what to check before you use it, and exactly which records Qoblex keeps and which it removes when you disconnect.
Before you uninstall
Uninstalling breaks the connection between Qoblex and Amazon, so it is worth confirming a few things first:
- Amazon orders are imported automatically on a regular cycle, and Amazon returns and refunds are imported on their own cycle. Once you uninstall, both of these stop. If a recent order or return has not yet appeared in Qoblex, wait until it has synced before you disconnect.
- Open the Product Sync Status tab and note down any ASIN mappings you still want a record of. Uninstalling deletes these mappings, so if you do not write them down first they are gone and you would have to re-enter them from scratch if you reconnect later.
- If you only need to stop syncing temporarily, be aware there is no separate pause control. Removing the integration is the only way to stop the automatic imports, and reconnecting later means going through the full connect and authorize flow again.
Remove the integration
The Uninstall button sits in the footer of the Amazon integration page, on the left, styled as a red button.
- Open the Amazon integration from your Integrations page.
- On either tab, Settings or Product Sync Status, look to the bottom of the page.
- Select the red Uninstall button.
- A confirmation prompt appears asking: Are you sure you want to remove your amazon integration?
- Confirm the prompt to proceed, or dismiss it to keep the integration.
Once you confirm, Qoblex deletes the integration connection and returns you to your Integrations page. The Amazon integration no longer appears as a connected store.
What stops and what stays
When you confirm the removal:
- The connection to your Amazon seller account is deleted.
- Automatic order import stops. New Amazon orders no longer flow into Qoblex.
- Automatic return and refund import stops. New Amazon returns and refunds no longer flow into Qoblex.
- The default customer and default location you saved for this integration are removed along with the connection.
- The ASIN mappings between your variants and Amazon listings are removed with the connection. These are saved against the integration, so deleting the integration deletes them.
What is left untouched in Qoblex:
- Products that were imported from Amazon.
- Sale orders, returns, and refunds that were already created from Amazon activity. These records stay in your account, though the sale orders are no longer linked to the removed integration.
Reconnecting later
There is no undo for an uninstall. If you decide to use Amazon again after removing it, you start over from the Integrations page: pick your marketplace, authorize Qoblex in Amazon Seller Central, set your default customer and location again, and re-enter any ASIN mappings on the Product Sync Status tab, since the previous mappings were removed with the old connection. See the overview and the connect guide linked below for the full process.
