Nearly all of the save problems come from a choice you can change yourself on the WooCommerce settings page, so before contacting anyone it is worth re-checking your sync directions, order locations, and price lists. Sync problems usually show up as a message on the Activity feed, which is the first place to look when an order, product, or refund is missing.
