How much would it cost to onboard my business?

Business includes one hour of onboarding. Additional onboarding is $199 per hour. Tell us how much time your team needs and we will scope it with you.

Which plan should I choose?

Start from your order volume: Starter covers up to 2000 orders a year, Business starts at 8000 and steps up from there, and Scale is for more than 60000. Everything else (integrations, B2B, lot tracking, API and mobile) is an add-on on Starter and Business and included on Scale, so you can begin small and add pieces as you need them.

How does the free trial work?

The 14-day trial gives you every feature we offer. Use it to work out which ones you need now and which you will need three to six months out. If 14 days is not enough to decide, tell us and we will extend it.

What should I do during the trial?

Get your own data in: import your products by CSV or connect a sales channel such as Shopify or WooCommerce. A trial with real products tells you far more than one with sample data. If you get stuck, reach out.

Do you need my credit card during the free trial?

No. Register and start straight away, with no card required. If it works for you, you can subscribe to any plan later.
