The quotes table lists your quotes as rows in a data grid, one quote per row. Each column shows a single detail about the quote, such as its number, the customer, key dates, and the total, so you can scan the list and find the right quote without opening each one.
A quote is a sale order in quote status, so opening a quote takes you into the sale-order workspace. Use the table to review and locate quotes; use the quote record itself to change line items or move the quote forward.
Default columns
When you open the quotes table, Qoblex shows these columns, left to right:
- Quote number – the quote’s reference number. This is a link; select it to open the quote.
- Customer – the customer name on the quote.
- State – the state or region taken from the quote’s shipping address.
- Mobile phone – the customer’s mobile phone number.
- Land line phone – the customer’s land line phone number.
- Sale agent – the sale agent assigned to the quote.
- Created date – the date the quote was created.
- Due date – the quote’s due date.
- Products – the number of line items on the quote, with an icon you can select to inspect them. See Inspect quote products.
- Tags – the tags on the quote, shown as separate badges.
- Total – the quote total.
The State column shows the location state or region taken from the quote’s shipping address. It does not show a quote workflow status.
If your quotes carry custom fields, Qoblex adds extra columns for those fields, grouped after the default columns. Custom-field columns appear only when the quotes currently loaded in the table actually contain custom-field values.

Open a quote
- Find the quote’s row in the table.
- Select the value in the Quote number column.
Qoblex opens the quote in the sale-order workspace, where you can review and edit the full record. For working with the quote there, see Create and edit sales orders.
Review products from the table
The Products column shows how many line items are on the quote next to an icon. Select the cell to open a Products dialog and review the line items without leaving the table. Hovering the cell shows the tooltip Check products details here.
The dialog lists each line item with these columns:
- Product – the product or variant name.
- Quantity – the quantity on the line.
- Price – the unit price.
- Discount – the line discount.
- Total – the line total.
Prices, discounts, and totals show in the quote’s currency. For more detail, see Inspect quote products.
Tags
The Tags column shows each tag on the quote as its own badge. A quote with several tags shows several badges in the one column.
Dates
Use Created date to see when the quote was raised and Due date to see when it is due. Both columns can be sorted, so you can order the list by either date when you need a follow-up queue.
Total
The Total column shows the quote total as a numeric amount, formatted to two decimal places without a currency symbol. The Products count and the Total are read-only summaries: neither can be sorted or filtered from its column. If a total looks wrong from the table, open the quote and review its line items, discounts, and taxes before treating it as a data problem.
Pagination
The quotes table is paginated. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the grid to move between pages of results. If the quote you want is not on the first page, filter or sort the list first rather than paging through every result. See Find and filter quotes.
