The Amazon integration connects one Qoblex company to one Amazon marketplace. Once you are connected, your Amazon selling activity flows into Qoblex on its own: new orders come across automatically, and returns and refunds follow. You do not have to log in and pull anything by hand for orders to keep arriving.
This is the starting map for the Amazon section. It explains what the integration does at a glance, walks you through the one-time setup so Qoblex knows where to file your Amazon orders, and shows what happens on an ongoing basis afterward. Each step below links to its own article with the full detail. After reading this, you will know the order of operations to get connected and what to expect once you are.
What the integration does
The Amazon integration is primarily inbound: activity moves from Amazon into Qoblex.
- You connect Qoblex to a single Amazon marketplace and authorize it in Amazon Seller Central.
- You tell Qoblex which customer and which location to use when it creates orders from that marketplace.
- You import your Amazon products into Qoblex and match each product to its Amazon ASIN.
- From then on, Amazon orders arrive as Qoblex sale orders automatically, and Amazon returns and refunds are brought in automatically.
Unlike some other sales channels, the Amazon integration does not give you a sync-direction switch, a price-list selector, or a field-mapping screen. There are only two settings to configure, a default customer and a default location, and the day-to-day flow runs from Amazon into Qoblex.
Setting it up
Setup is a short, one-time sequence. Do these in order.
- Connect a marketplace. On the Integrations page, open the Amazon card, pick your country from the marketplace list, and authorize Qoblex in Amazon Seller Central. Amazon sends you back to Qoblex and the connection is finalized. See Connect Amazon and choose a marketplace.
- Set the default customer and location. On the Settings tab, choose the default customer to use for orders created via the web channel and the default location, then save. The default customer is required. See Default order settings.
- Import your products. Use Finish Setting Up Your store to save your settings and open the Import products step, which brings your Amazon catalog into Qoblex. See Import products and inventory.
- Map your ASINs. On the Product Sync Status tab, review each product’s ASIN and use Update Mappings to save the matches so orders link to the right Qoblex product. See Product sync status and ASIN mappings.
Save is blocked until a default customer is set. If you try to save without one, Qoblex shows “The default customer is not set” and no changes are stored.
What happens automatically
Once the marketplace is connected and setup is complete, Qoblex keeps itself up to date on a schedule. You do not trigger these.
- Orders arrive automatically. Qoblex checks for recent Amazon orders on a short, repeating cycle and creates them as Qoblex sale orders, using the default customer and location you set. See How Amazon orders sync.

Removing the integration
If you no longer want the connection, you can uninstall it from the Amazon settings page. Uninstalling stops the automatic sync, but it does not undo orders or other records already created in Qoblex. See Uninstall Amazon.
